An unprecedented project, which aims to combine the best skills of the Corporate, IP and Tax legal areas, with the international presence, relational background and innovative approach that have always characterized the Law Firm.
The offering will ensure well-rounded management of the interests of some of the world’s leading art collectors, supporting their investment and management needs, tax protection and generational transition. It will be further characterized by the proposal of a propulsive and strategic path extended to the direct representation of some of the best international art galleries and well-known personalities of the art scene, who will be offered exhibition spaces in Milan and New York.
The International Art and Law department will offer the legal support of a specialized team, in Italy and in the USA, capable of creating specific corporate tools with the aim of uniting the talent of artists and the heritage of collectors, gallery owners and art galleries, in a real business path assisted by unique solutions and guided by strategies drawn from international corporate law.
Each project will have a dedicated space in the unique and sought-after context of private Members clubs, which BRUNO & ASSOCIATI now boasts on the two most prestigious luxury streets in the world: Monte Napoleone, in Milan, and Fifth avenue, in New York.
