Bruno & Associati announced the merger of the departments active in the “international food” sector present in the Milan and New York offices.

Thanks to this move, the department, made up of Italian and American professionals dedicated to assisting luxury restaurants and food producers, will operate as a single point of contact, handling in the round both the operational side (licensing, imports, food law, international contracting, employee immigration) and the strategic side (company structure, intellectual property, openings in Italy and the U.S., operations to enter the share capital of investment funds) in both markets and jurisdictions.

The project will be assisted by the corporate department dedicated to international expansion strategy, the IP department for trademark protection on both continents, and legal support for relations with private equity funds and industry investors.
